Cristiani is extremely thoughtful - she was a step ahead - when I thought about parking, got a message with clear instructions, after I left I thought about messaging her asking about the post care, there it was, every little details explained. She listened, took the time to explain every why, spoiled me with a great coffee, delicious treats, and a very warm welcome. Oh, yeah, the hair 🤣 As a bonus I left with an impeccable silky, shiny and healthy hair. Coming from a bad experience, that left my hair very damaged, I appreciate every little details more than what I can describe. Thanks Cris

Cristiane is a great professional. I flew from Sydney to Gold Coast to get my hair done by her and it worth in every single way. Not to mention the amazing VIP service, offering a range of drinks and delicious snacks.
