10/10 customer service! 🥰💕 From my initial call to everyone I encountered, everyone was so warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. The entire experience was comfortable, relaxing, and I was 100% satisfied with the services. The laser treatment though was quicker and less painful than I expected! Brianna was welcoming from the moment I walked in the room. She talked me through the entire process, kept me calm and made me laugh and feel at ease. She's professional but also very friendly. My first time at Nova Beauty but it definitely won't be my last!

Briana is such a beautiful soul—warm, gentle, and genuinely knowledgeable about skincare. She did an amazing facial, and I was impressed by the results. I went in with a dry patch on my face, and it was noticeably gone immediately after the treatment. I even waited a few days before writing this review to see how my skin progressed, and the dry patch is still completely gone! Truly a great experience and excellent service. Overall Nova Spa is beautiful and clean, the ambience they create, I didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend! ✨
