Annie was thorough when investigating the injury I had and explained what assessments she was making as we went along. She then demonstrated exercises to correct the problem. I came away feeling very confident in her diagnosis and treatment plan.

Great service. Annie took time to speak to me and find out what would be of most benefit. She talked me through all the steps she took and I can feel the difference already, especially in my right hamstring. I will definitely be back.

Annie is fantastic. Very knowledgable and provided great insight. Knew I had some issues that had been ignored for a long time, but this session certainly unearthed them. Certainly recommend.

I messaged Annie back in June with unexplained knee pain both in the gym and during everyday activities. I was sore sitting or standing, going up and down stairs and more. Within the first month of visiting Annie, I noticed the strength coming back. Each check in we talked through so much and she made sure I understood everything. I am now back to squatting and feeling confident in my lower body work outs, and having no restrictions on my home life. I couldnt have done it with her well put together session plans, warm ups and 24/7 support. 10/10 physio, highly recommend!
