Alex is great at what she does, very knowledgeable & super friendly, I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a massage therapist, I have a sports massage but she offers other types of massage too.

had my post-op MLD massage with Alex and I honestly couldn’t have been happier with the experience. She was absolutely brilliant so knowledgeable, professional and reassuring throughout the whole treatment. She clearly has a great understanding of post-op recovery and explained everything really well, which made me feel completely comfortable and in safe hands. The treatment itself was gentle but thorough, and I could really feel the difference afterwards. I would 100% recommend Alex to anyone looking for post op MLD. She was fantastic ❤️
