The reflexology session begins with a deeply soothing foot massage; enhanced with relaxing guided stress busting techniques ensuring you are completely zoned out...

The Reflexology part of the session is slightly more fast paced. I will use my fingers and thumbs to cover the zones and points on your feet. I will be working on specific areas in the feet that promote improved coping mechanisms, better sleep and a general sense of wellbeing.

The treatment ends with an energy balancing foot massage, this can be a comforting, soothing experience to leave you feeling blissed out. Or an invigorating, energising massage leaving you ready to take on the day!

The session ends with a discussion around what I discovered, what you experienced.

The Peri/Menopause Reflexology session begins with a deeply comforting foot massage; absolute bliss for your emotionally drained toes! The experience is enhanced with essential oils (or not, it’s up to you) and deeply relaxing guided stress busting techniques ensuring you are completely zoned out.
The Reflexology part of the session is slightly more fast paced. Using fingers and thumbs I cover the zones/points on your feet; working on specific areas to support; improved coping mechanisms, better sleep, reduce anxiety, battle hot flushes and promote a general sense of wellbeing. 
As this is a specialist session I work on points specifically relevant to hormone regulation and deep relaxation.  Symptoms to be considered include: Headaches, stress, irregular cycle, PMS, insomnia, anxiety, hot flushes, mood swings, reproductive hormones and so on. We end with energy balancing and either an invigorating or calming foot massage.
