Cupping therapy uses specialised cups to lift the affected tissues and enable the fascia (connective tissue surrounding all muscles) to move more freely.

The 'knots' found in muscles are often caused by the muscular fascia becoming 'stuck', preventing free movement of muscle tissue. Through cupping, we aim to lift the tissues to remedy this 'sticking' and promote healing of affected areas by bringing blood and lymph fluid there.
