Sports Massage (soft tissue therapy) is designed to tackle those stubborn aches and pains that come from over-training, sports injuries, or the demands of daily life. Using a blend of hands-on techniques, personalised exercise guidance, and effective methods like dry needling and taping, this therapy helps relieve muscle tension and promote deep relaxation. Each session is tailored to release tightness in your muscles, while joint mobilisations work to restore movement and flexibility in affected muscles.

Follow up Sports Massage/Soft Tissue Therapy

This package is ideal to help support you during stressful or challenging times. Look forward to a 60 minute, complementary therapy of your choice every month for a six month period. Includes one free treatment and a FREE Neal's Yard Organic bath or body product with each package.

This  is a combination of techniques based on Shiatsu.  The client remains clothed, and the therapist uses elbows, knuckles, fingers and thumbs to apply gentle pressure over acupressure points following the meridians; or "energy lines" which run throughout the body. Stimulation of these points are thought to release blockages and restore energy flow to bring balance to the body. 

Seated Acupressure Massage

A course of 6  appointments to gain optimum benefit from reflexology.  Recommended at weekly intervals.

Initial Consultation

Blissful foot soak in Neal's Yard Organic Seaweed & Arnica , mineral-rich bath salts, to refresh tired feet & legs. Smooth away rough skin with Pumice  Foot Scrub  with ground peach  stone, scented with refreshing ginger & mint essential oils.  Soothe and nourish your feet with Neal's Yard Organic  Comfrey & Mallow foot balm.  Subtly scented with essential oils of lemon and orange.

Then recline and enjoy your reflexology treatment

Luxury Reflexology

This is an ancient therapy in which the therapist uses their fingers and thumbs to apply precise alternating pressure to specific areas on the hands and feet. These areas correspond to the various body systems. Sensations felt in the feet/hands by the client or therapist may indicate an imbalance in these areas. Working these areas may help to restore balance to the body.  

The client remains clothed except for shoes and socks/tights.  Feet are cleansed prior to treatment.

Reflexology

This is a holistic therapy which uses blends of essential plant oils to benefit the whole person, physically, mentally and emotionally. 

 Did you know?... the fragrances of the essential oils stimulate the part of the brain concerned with sense of smell which is linked to the area concerning memory, emotion and behaviour. 

Certain aromas can trigger pleasant memories which can improve our mood and help to counteract stress.  Includes bespoke essential oil blend.
