It was nice to meet Tyler, not a bad haircut. Ive had to come home and had to trim my bread more and around my ears especially, not enough taken off. I will tell him next time.

Thanks for your honest review. We're glad you enjoyed meeting Tyler, but we’re sorry we didn't meet your expectations. At the start of every appointment clients are asked what they would like for us to provide, so if the instructions are not clear or left to interpretation its unfair to make comment. Also, I would like to point out you booked a beard line up which states in the description no length will be removed, so anything taken off was only due to Tyler's kindness, id like to also make note that at the end of every appointment clients are shown the rear view mirror to make sure clients are happy, this is your opportunity to ask for any amendments to be made. Should you leave the chair without making any further requests, or making it clear you'd prefer some changes makes it very unfair for the 3 star review. I also asked you at the end of your appointment if you felt good following your service, again giving you plenty of opportunity to speak out. Kind Regards. Wayne
