Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)

A luxurious and holistic massage treatment…

Using warm shells and relaxing massage techniques and stretches, the lava shell relaxation massage is incredibly relaxing, restorative and effective. 

Working along the back of the body, the shells work wonders on areas of muscular tension. The back, neck, shoulders, backs of legs and feet will be treated with the shells and massage techniques, whilst you snuggle up all warm and cosy. 

The warmth from the lava shells melts away tension within the muscles leaving you feeling mentally and physically relaxed.

The massage can be tailored to you and how you wish to feel after your treatment. 

Lava Shells Back Massage 

The hot stones work deeply into your tissues to help to reduce muscular tension and adhesions. Aiding mobility, increasing blood supply and promoting deep relaxation. 

This treatment combines heated stones with traditional Swedish and Holistic massage techniques alongside gentle stretches. 

Working on the back of the body with the heated stones, I will treat the back, neck, shoulders, backs of the legs and feet to totally melt away any areas of stress and tension. 

Hot Stone Back Massage 

The hot stones or lava shells work deeply into your tissues to help to reduce muscular tension and adhesions. Aiding mobility, increasing blood supply and promoting deep relaxation.

This treatment uses the stones on the back and front of the body, specifically to reduce any tension, to promote a deep level of relaxation and to encourage the mind and  body connection.

Hot Stone/Lava Shell Massage 

Heat Therapy

Cups are used to create a vacuum that lifts the muscle and fascia upwards increasing blood flow. The cups draw impurities and toxins away from the local organs and tissues.

This treatment is used alongside either holistic massage or manual lymphatic drainage massage to support tissue recovery and to promote relaxation.

This treatment is ideal for any areas of tightness, adhesions in the muscles, historic or recent injuries and scar tissue.

It can also be beneficial for detoxification, improving lymphatic flow and the reduction of cellulite when used alongside lymphatic drainage massage. 

Please note that the cups can cause a purple circular marking upon the skin which fade within 7-14 days post treatment.
