Hair is washed using professional products tailored to the hair and scalp needs and then hair is cut normally to the previous grown out style this includes straightening and setting.
For curling extra time is needed please select blow dried curled/waved.

ALL of our colour services require a valid patch test. This skin test is to be done at least 48hrs prior to your colouring service. They are valid for 6 months, e.g. if your last colour service was over 6 months ago you will need another one before booking your next colour service. 
This is a MUST if it’s your first visit to the salon for a colour service!
You will have a skin test to check for any allergies or irritation against the colour. We require a strand test if we lightening the hair in any way, Which is a small cutting from the back of the head to see if colour is achievable and checking the health of the hair when lightening.
