Very good . My first visit since shoulder surgery and Alex was very reassuring and clear what I can and can’t do . Did gentle  exercises mixed with deep tissue massage to start to get mobility back.

Cupping Therapy is a form of therapy that involves placing special plastic cups on the skin and using a manual pomp to create suction.
This technique is used to release tension and promote healing in the muscles and fascia (the connective tissue) to improve blood flow, reduce fascia adhesions and reduce tightness and stiffness.
During the treatment, the therapist will combine hands on techniques with moving the cups and then placing the cups and leaving them for a few minutes on specific muscle points.
Due to the vacuum created applying the cups, you will have bruises that will subside in the next few days following the treatment; in sensitive skin situation, the bruises might last up to 10 days.
We recommend this treatment for sports injuries, general muscle and joint stiffness, back pain, posture related muscular tension and also for general wellbeing.
