One hour later I was feeling like a different person and was able to get back to normal activities.

Overall, the massage was pleasant. Suggestions for improvement include slightly increasing the pace and adding more control to movements. It would be beneficial to focus more on target areas and allocate additional time to requested focus areas. These adjustments could enhance future sessions.

Our base level sweat is a 45 min infrared sauna session. Our sauna are set in a temperature range ideal for detoxification and cortisol management so it can be a sustainable sweat perfect for reducing stress, elevating mood, improving sleep & restoring a tired body. Please note the sauna time plus shower time makes up the total 45min session.

This deep tissue massage incorporates our certified pure therapeutic Lavender Oil balm and the intense massage flow using elbow techniques that will transport the heat throughout your body, providing much needed calm relief to ease achy joints and muscles.
