Special techniques from our qualified Massage Therapists will ensure they locate any problems areas on your body. The pressure applied can either be strong and deep or gentle and shallow.

This massage gently works away your stresses, with ultra-moisturising and beautifully aromatic coconut oil. Hot coconut oil is especially beneficial for dry sky as a powerful moisturiser. It makes skin wrinkles look smoother and will produce positive `changes in skin texture.

Our Thai Herbal Ball Massage is a relaxing treatment to unwind and fully energise your body. It is a compress of dried herbs such as ginger, turmeric, and lemongrass, steamed to heat, and then applied to compress different parts of the body. The herbal compress enhances treatment results from both herbal medicine and heat to stimulate blood circulation which relieves muscle inflammation and relieves body aches. The heated herbal compress is applied over most of the body where the herbal ball is pressed over the skin in a rolling fashion applying gentle pressure. It helps to induce a calming and invigorating effect on the mind and body, highly beneficial to alleviate chronic stress and anxiety.

Body Scrub

Body Wrap is a spa treatment designed to enhance the health and appearance of skin and/or reduce body measurements. A nourishing oil or mineral-rich formula is applied to the limbs and torso before wrapping in plastic film. This promotes the extraction of dry toxins and excess water from the skin.
