Holistic Wellness at The Hidden Sanctuary with Sadie With a passion for healing , Sadie is a fully qualified Holistic Wellness Practitioner which enables her to work with her clients and look at their life as a whole - emotionally, spiritually, and physically. Using various methods, we will work together to lower stress, help reduce trauma responses and focus on your over all wellbeing. Treatments would include a mixture of Massage Therapy, Reiki, Aromatherapy, reflexology, Meditation, Talking Therapy, Sound Healing, & Breathing Techniques.
