The techniques I use are a combination of Swedish and deep tissue / remedial massage, myofascial release, and joint mobilisation. My aim is to treat the root cause of your problem; by combining my skills I can treat a range of symptoms that include back, shoulder and neck pain. Painful hips, referred pain to the arms and legs as well as improvement to range of movement through the entire body. My advanced techniques can be used to treat ailments such as breathing difficulties, migraines, tinnitus and other pathologies of the head, neck, and jaw. 
I never follow a standard routine as my treatments are tailored to you through consultation and regular assessments.

As no pregnancy is the same, no massage is either and each treatment will be specifically tailored to your needs on the day and is carried out with you lying on your side, fully covered with towels and supported by as many pillows as you need. You can choose to have a full body massage or a more detailed and focused massage on specific areas you need me to work - its your choice.

Whether this is a one-off treatment or something you chose to do throughout your pregnancy my entire focus is on you, providing a safe place to relax, unwind and allow your mind and body to find peace and balance.

Pregnancy Massage - 60 minutes

A calming therapeutic massage focusing on the build-up of stress & muscle tension in all areas of the back, shoulders and neck finishing with work to release tension across the chest and head.
As well as incorporating advanced techniques to work deeper into knotted muscles & mobilisations of joints, this nurturing massage encourages relaxation, improve circulation, help develop better sleep, relief from worry and ease ailments such as tension headaches. 

It is particularly beneficial for those holding worries & stress within this common area of their bodies. As well as those who either work on their feet all day or spend a large amount of time sitting at a desk, at home or in the office 
Whatever your reason for this treatment my focus is entirely on you by providing you a safe place to relax, unwind and allow your mind and body to find peace and balance. 


The Body Works Restorative Tension Relief Massage

This massage encompasses the entire body starting from your back and finishing with your face. My aim as always, is to provide you with a safe place completely dedicated to you allowing you to unwind, completely relax, restore and empower your mind and body to completely switch off. Let all the daily worries and stresses that fill your mind melt away and allow your body’s natural path to heal itself finding inner peace and tranquillity. As I work your entire body, focusing on any areas of tension that you have identified I will intuitively work all other areas to help restore balance. Deep Relaxation Therapeutic Full-body Massage

This 90 minute treatment is aimed to provide you with a full body massage, allowing time to work on those areas that need a little more focus and not to forget offering you that added time to yourself.

For many patients who feel they have tried everything, fascia bodywork can provide a welcomed relief from pain and discomfort using techniques that are safe, gentle, permissive and profoundly effective and works with the physical and emotional component of the injury.You can choose between 1 hour or 90 minute sessions with the option to extend treatment times when it feels required. For your first treatment please allow at least 75 minutes to allow for consultation which generally takes 15 minutes.

Tinnitus & Migraine Relief

The techniques I use treat the elastin and collagenous component of the scar tissue, allowing the tissue to release, re-align and re-hydrate. The techniques I use are mostly light and gentle with the aim of reducing pain, improving function, condition, facilitating integration of the scar tissue  and works with the physical and emotional component of the scar. These brilliant techniques will enable me to treat adhesions and scar tissue however old they may be.
