We aim to release tension and promote a radiant complexion by cleansing and exfoliating, then using lymphatic drainage and lifting movements with hot stones followed by a hydrating mask, cold stones and moisturiser. This facial is complimented with a scalp massage as well as either a foot and lower leg massage or hand & arm massage - the choice is yours. Hot stones help to relax the muscle tension & increase circulation to stimulate healing whereas cold stones are added to reduce inflammation and firm and tone the skin making this the perfect facial for anyone.
