Choose to control your own sauna experience with our classic 45-minute sauna session (begins at 60 C), or choose one of our preset programs upon arrival. 

ANTI-AGING:
A low, constant intensity level penetrates
tissue to help with various skin concerns. Near-infrared improves overall skin tone, elasticity, and firmness, promoting skin renewal.

CARDIO PROGRAM:
Starts at a high intensity to increase heart rate and cardiac output, then lowers the intensity to sustain heart rate level. Circulation increases promoting healthy blood pressure.

DETOX PROGRAM:
Our detoxification program starts at a high intensity to increase the body’s core temperature, then reduces to a lower intensity level.

RELAXATION PROGRAM:
A far and mid-infrared blend provides natural pain relief by reducing inflammation and swelling while near-infrared penetrates the tissue promoting cellular repair at a medium, constant intensity level.



45 Minute Sauna Session - One Person

Like to control your own sauna-bathing experience? Select this choice to take the reigns and customise the heat to suit your goals. Interested in Heat Shock Proteins and their health benefits? This program lets you ramp up to a hot 65 degrees or alternatively 'chill out' at a lower temperature. Our Create Your Own Program can be continually adjusted throughout your 45-minute session to ensure a bespoke experience.
