Make yourself at home whilst you Sweat & Chill in our iconic barrel infrared sauna & ice bath during your private session or bring along a friend. Reach your goals and achieve excellence by complementing your health and wellness regime utilising our full spectrum heating technology. The barrel can be heated up to 70 degrees.
