After the massage, you will be placed in a steamed tent. This comprehensive detoxification and rejuvenation therapy in Ayurveda involves a series of visits that include multiple therapeutic procedures per day in order to eliminate toxins and impurities on a cellular level caused by poor diet and lifestyle, exposure to environmental pollutants, and emotional and mental factors to name a few. The treatment program is based on your unique constitution and nature of your symptoms. Depending on a person’s health needs, the number of visits can range between 7 and 30 days.
