A great introduction to foot reflexology, this half an hour of heaven focuses on specific reflex points to induce a feeling of deep relaxation and wellbeing. Whilst less comprehensive than the 60 and 90 minute treatments in that not all reflex areas are worked, this is still a wonderful doorway into what reflexology can offer you.
