I offer holistic massage, holistic hot stones and manual lymphatic drainage. These treatments can all be booked for either 60 or 90 minute treatments. I also offer a shorter, 40 minute treatment specifically for either the back or the face, head, neck and shoulders.

Chose the oil that works best for you - You can choose to have your treatment with sunflower, sesame, mustard or coconut oil. Or you can upgrade your oil to argan oil or CBD oil.

This is a very relaxing treatment which can also be adapted to be more pain relieving and therapeutic depending on your needs.

Ease tight shoulders, an aching neck and a sore head. This treatment is designed to target the upper body and all the tension that can be stored there. 

Head, Neck & Shoulders

The perfect treatment for when your back is sore. A tailored massage to ease sore muscles and release the tight fascia of the back. 

This treatment can be adapted to work deeply into the tissues when needed whilst also relaxing the full body & mind.

Whether you have a specific back injury or just want to bring some calm to your day this treatment will hit the spot.

This is a wonderful therapy that can quickly bring you to a very relaxed state, perfect if you are finding life a little tough at the moment.

The heat is also very therapeutic and can be used to great effect if you are struggling with a specific injury.

MLD is a very gentle treatment. It's unlike traditional massage as it is designed to work solely on your lymphatic system.
