A therapeutic & intuitive style of massage that treats the body as a whole and takes into account your physical & emotional wellbeing.

Each massage will be tailored to your individual needs and the strokes follow no fixed routine.

You can expect a carefully selected combination of techniques that are designed to ease tension within the body, release stress & encourage deep relaxation.

This style of massage incorporates slow rhythmical strokes, kneading, rocking & vibration, joint & limb mobilisation, passive stretches, skin massage & skin rolling, deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, depending on what feels right for you.

You can choose to focus on individual areas of tension or we can give your whole body a holistic hug.

Holistic Massage

Deep tissue techniques work below superficial connective
tissue releasing the restrictions of deeper muscles, tendons
and ligaments.

Movements are slower and deeper with pressure applied directly to trigger points releasing stubborn knots. ​

Each massage will be tailored to your individual needs and the strokes follow no fixed routine.

*If it is your 1st appointment with me, your treatment time will include a 5-10min consultation to help me better understand your needs & tailor your treatment.

Deep Tissue

For many clients who feel they have tried everything, Fascial Release can provide a welcome relief from pain and discomfort.

YOUR FIRST TREATMENT

Your first treatment will be a 90 min session. This will include a 20-30 min consultation so we can discuss your medical history, carry out assessments if required & aims for the treatment. We will then lead into a 60 min bodywork session.
