Our sessions are suitable for all levels and blend together traditional Pilates techniques with modern approaches to create an invigorating experience. Pilates will help you to build core stability, improve posture, and enhance overall well-being.


Pilates

Sports massage is useful for those suffering from a particular complaint or those who want to ensure their body is functioning at its optimum level.

Specific techniques used include deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, muscle energy techniques, dry needling, dry cupping and stretching.

Each treatment is individual to you and discussed with you.

Sports Therapy/Massage

Relaxation massage is a smooth, gentle, flowing style that promotes general relaxation, relieves muscular tension and improves circulation.

The aim is to relax, revive and rejuvenate you at a massage depth that does jot cause discomfort.
 
Indian Head Massage, a holistic therapy that focuses on your head, neck, back and shoulders.  Feel tension melt away and experience a journey of balance and calm, leaving your refreshed and renewed.

Cold water therapy involves immersing your body in cold water, typically through cold showers, ice baths, or natural bodies of cold water like lakes or rivers. Many people incorporate cold water therapy into their daily routines to boost their overall well-being.

Breathwork:
Breathwork is a practice that focuses on conscious control of your breath to influence your mental, emotional and physical state. Breathwork can help reduce stress, increase relaxation, improve focus, and promote emotional balance. It's a versatile tool that can be used for both daily relaxation and specific therapeutic purposes.

We will combine both practices to make the cold dip a better experience

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Choose this appointment if it’s your first appointment for sports therapy and sports massage only. This allows time to complete the consultation process and to assess areas of concern.

Initial Appointment 

Tailored to your needs, this session focuses on targeted muscle groups. A number of different techniques are used to address tension, aiding in injury prevention and overall-wellbeing.

Sports Therapy/Massage Treatment

This non-invasive technique involves placing suction cups on specific areas of the body to stimulate blood flow, reduce muscle tension, and promote relaxation.

Please be aware that Dry Cupping may leave temporary circular marks on the skin.  These marks are not bruises but are a natural outcome of the suction therapy, indicating increased blood flow and release of toxins.  They typically fade within a few days but can last up to 10 days. 

Dry Cupping

Lymphatic massage or lymphatic drainage is a gentle, rhythmical massage treatment to stimulate the circulation of lymph fluid around the body. 

This physical stimulation helps to rapidly speed up the removal of wastes and toxins from a sluggish lymphatic system. 

Lymphatic massage can also aid in the prevention of swelling after injury or surgery. It may even provide a significant boost to your immune system.

pregnancy massage can be of enormous benefit not only to the mother but also to the unborn baby. Massage during pregnancy can be a magical experience for both receiver and the giver. It emotionally and physiologically supports a woman during a time when her body is undergoing many changes and can help prepare her body for birth.
