O nama

I am a qualified Personal Trainer and Swedish Masseuse with over 10 years experience in health and fitness sector. Personal training sessions are carried out in a private gym, unique to every individual’s physical training and nutritional requirements. I also carry out group fitness classes in kettlebells, HIIT bodyweight and bootcamp to compliment this service. I offer a full body massage for relaxation, stress and self-care or I can target specific problem areas to relive tension and ease pain. Each massage is carried out in a personal healing room to help soothe the body and mind.
