To be booked after you have already had your first session with us.In all of our reiki sessions we like to start off with just a sit down chat for around 15-20minutes to talk about what your goals are for reiki, how you're feeling and if there is anything you would like to talk about!
We then like to set some goals for the session, what you'd like to get out of the session, how you want to feel after etc.
(Just a pre warning- everything we talk about in our sessions is written down by me and put into your own folder so we can look back on past files and see how much you have developed.)

We then begin the healing by having you led down on the massage couch with a blanket over you, we then begin our guided meditation.
These Reiki sessions also include crystal healing.
The hands on healing lasts around 30mins and you will be wakened by us gently tapping on the sound bowls.

Once you are fully awake we have our last chat about the healing and how it felt to you. Reiki lasts as long as you

Reiki Healing Session

Introducing our Luxurious Neals Yard Facial, double cleanse + tone, hot mitts, exfoliation of the face and a face mask suitable for your skin type… Whilst your mask is soaking into your skin we will then begin with a hand and arm massage using a pre blended aromatherapy oil of your choice!
We finish off the facial with eye gel, moisturiser & finally some lip balm.
After that we then start our short but deeply relaxing face, neck & shoulder massage using an aromatherapy oil of your choice!

We finish off by spritzing some delicious lavender face mist over you and leave the room to prepare the drink of your choice.

Luxury Holistic Facial

This divine treatment can be booked on its own or as an add-on.
A lovely back to basics massage for an ultimately relaxing experience.
After you hop onto our cosy massage couch we start off by placing a wonderfully cooling jade eye mask on you and let you take three deep breaths in of the beautiful aromatherapy oils.

We then begin our massage with you on your back, starting at your chest, neck and shoulders. We will then ask you turn over onto your front to massage the whole of your back (our personal favourite part)

To finish off your treatment we place your towels and blankets back over you and leave the room to prepare a drink of your choice whilst you slowly come back to reality.


Neck, Back & Shoulders

Starting off with a luxurious Neals Yard Facial, double cleanse + tone, hot mitts, exfoliation of the face and a face mask suitable for your skin type… Whilst your mask is soaking into your skin we will then begin with a hand and arm massage using a pre blended aromatherapy oil of your choice!
We will then remove the mask and start our neck, back, shoulder & scalp massage (aswell as your facial massage too!) 
We finish off our treatment with a divine face cream and eye gel + lip balm and prepare a warm beverage of your choice to slowly sip on after your treatment.

Istaknuto

This gorgeous package starts off with a milky lavender & eucalyptus foot soak whilst you sip away at some delicious Neals Yard herbal tea & make some goals for the session ahead.
We then pop you onto our cosy massage couch and nestle you in lots of fluffy towels and blankets, whilst the gorgeous scent of mandarin, lime & basil fills the room.
We then take you through one of our new guided meditations whilst gently massaging your scalp with an aromatherapy oil.

We will then continue onto our blissful full body massage for the next hour, removing all of those knots and tight spaces from your body.
This is then followed on with our 35 minute facial using the gorgeous Rose range from Neals Yard and finished off with a beautiful facial massage using jade rollers. 

This divine full body experience is then finished off with some reiki healing, aligning all of those chakras and promoting pure relaxation to mind, body & soul.
You then gently wake up to the sound of brass bowls singing...

Mind, Body & Soul

Nestle down in our dimly lit treatment room and just take some time to reflect. 
This self care ritual is a brilliant treatment if you want to treat yourself to some deep relaxation. We start off with a warm, milky foot bath and foot massage with rose oil & petals and a slow guided meditation with herbal tea to ease you into a sense of peace. 
We then nestle you down onto our cosy massage bed layered with fluffy blankets and towels and start with a blissful foot massage & hot towels followed by a full body reiki healing treatment with crystals, sound bowls and some hands on healing.
This is then finished off with a blissful neck, shoulder, face & scalp massage using crystal rollers on the face and a jade comb through your hair. 
Afterwards, we take a seat together and sip away at some lemon & cucumber water.
