Swedish massage.  A massage of the superficial muscles. Particularly helpful for relaxation and easing muscle tension.

Deep Tissue .  Focus on 1-2 focus areas allowing time for warm up and a deeper pressure. Recommended if you have a paricular area of concern.

We will discuss the areas you may want particular focus, any that you would rather be left alone and what we would have time for in the duration you have chosen.

The standard is approx. 15mins on each side. But we can discuss more focused work on one side if you have a particular problem such as carpel tunnel.

This can be a fully clothed treatment, or with shoulders uncovered.

Acupressure Facial Therapy and head massage

For those who have been diagnosed with cancer at any point. This is a light touch massage, which can be described as a 'lotioning' technique, as it has soft gliding, nurturing strokes, as if applying a lotion.

A full body massage, or adapted according to what you would like and the time we have.
All massages are tailored to you and how you feel on that day.

New clients currently having cancer treatment may want to start with a shorter session depending on how they feel.

Pregnancy Massage (NC)

The treatment is tailored to you and whatever happens during the session. If your baby needs to be held or fed, I adapt which areas of the body I work on, always with you and your baby in mind to keep you most comfortable whilst still enjoying the treatment.

If the session needs to pause for a moment that's fine too.  If you feel that the session needs to stop, that's also fine. The remaining time can be spent however is needed within the room or the waiting room. The full cost for the orignal time booked will apply.

This session is suitable for pre-crawlers, or for crawlers that you know won't be moving around the room for an hour.

I'm afraid I'm not able to accomodate any babies out of their prams, unless they are being held by you.

You are welcome to bring a friend or partner to be in the waiting room with your child whilst you have a treatment.
