Massage and Manual therapy studio is run by Ellie Eitani. She has been working since 2017 as a therapist across various clinics and events in the North East.
Ellie offers manual Osteopathic type treatments, she trained with the likes; Erik Dalton Myoskeletal, John Gibbons Bodymaster, Eyal Lederman- Harmonic Technique, the treatments are designed to restore function, relieve pain, re-balance and educate the body. 
She also offers therapeutic treatments, these are more relaxing, to de-stress and relieve tension.
Level 4 SM, Certified Oncology therapist and a member of the MSMA Number 26294.

Light, relaxing massage is safe to anyone at any stage of your cancer journey. Massage can help with many of the temporary side effect of chemotherapy and radiation, lower anxiety and pain, improve energy, and decrease nausea.

Oncology Massage

Massage during pregnancy can relief muscular discomforts such as leg cramps, swelling, muscle stiffness and tension.
It also improves sleep, stress and anxiety. 
I will make sure you are comfortable, relaxed and at ease.

Pregnancy Massage

A Thai foot massage applies pressure to particular areas of the soles of the feet using a rounded wooden Thai foot massage stick. This stimulates certain areas of the feet releasing blocked energy within the body's many Sens lines (Thai-based meridians), helping relieve aching and irritable feet.

Hot Stone Therapeutic Massage

For this treatment Ellie will use the best skin care collection in the market. "Tropic Skincare range"- smoothing cleanser, morning mist, rainforest dew and skin feast. Organic and cruelty free. You will feel and look amazing!! Hydrating, nourishing and calming. Ingredients include green tea extract, aloe vera juice and Hyaluronic acid amongst others. 

The benefits of a facial massage are;

Ellie Eitani, will carry out an assessment and provide rehabilitation functional exercises, as well as a medical massage treatment that can include kinesio taping and acupuncture.
For those who have lost confidence in their physical abilities. It could be due to having a recent operation, health issues or even due to post covid. 
You will expect either a weekly or fortnight visit, where we will go over the exercises and make sure they are challenging and above all functional to your day to day activity.
