The appointment is for NEW clients only who have not yet been to Nxt Level IH. Your Myotherapist will conduct a health history and physical assessment to address your concerns.

Myotherapy will address the underlying causes of your injuries aiding in the rehabilitation of Musculoskeletal Injuries. Soft tissue work, cupping, dry needling, joint mobilisation & neural techniques are used to create a more functional you.

Functional Cupping is performed using cups applied to the body with suction. Functional cupping can be done either by remaining static or by including integrating dynamic/ functional movement to affect a positive change in movement restrictions.

Dry needling is a treatment that involves the insertion of extremely thin, sterile filament needles (similar to acupuncture needles) into targeted tissues to elicit a healing response.
