I am Sports and Myoskeletal Alignment Therapist, I specialize in the treatment of overuse, repetitive, stress injuries and chronic pain management. 
My goal is to help you move better, recover and perform better.
My skills include an array of musculoskeletal techniques from myofascial release to neuromuscular therapy, strength and stretching work. In my sessions I might use therapeutic tools such as cupping, dry needling, taping etc if convenient to the treatment.

I am also a certified holistic therapist and in lymphatic drainage massage.

I use different techniques: from Myofascial Release to Neuromuscular therapy and Myoskeletal Alignment  techniques to suit individual needs.

Corrective Therapy

Pre event sports massage should ideally be undertaken before a competition or a sports event. Using different techniques from myofascial release to neuromuscular therapy we aim to lessen muscle tension,reduce DOMS, make sure muscles are flexible and lengthened to help increase overall performance.

Pre Event Sports Massage

Deep tissue work for tense shoulders, back and neck.
We aim to hydrate the fascia, increase local blood flow, restore length to short and tight muscles to promote better range of motion and alleviate pain.



Back, Neck and Shoulders Sports Massage

Dry needling is a powerful and safe technique for neuromusculoskeletal conditions. Evidence shows great results in the treatment of chronic and nerve pain, shoulder and rotator cuff pain, tendinitis and tendinopathies like: Achilles tendonitis, tenis elbow and golfers elbow, Tmj, hip and knew conditions. Needling is then followed by hands on work.

Dry Needling & Myofascial Release 

Perfect treatment if you are looking for a full body tension release and destress. In this service I will not work in injuries, chronic pain or compromissed range of motion (for that please refer to corrective therapy).We explore different levels of intensity and pressure to deliver general pain relief.

This massage aims to help your lymphatic system to work better by aiding it's natural movement.This massage promotes the movement of the lymph out of the swollen areas. Our lymphatic system transports waste, this waste circles through a network of lymph nodes localized  in specific areas of your body, whose main job is to filter that lymph that may contain harmful microorganisms, dead tissue cells, large proteins molecules etc. It's on our lymph nodes that lymphocytes are produced (white blood cells) responsible for fighting infection.
If you are recovering from cancer, suffer from lymphedema, have had lymph nodes removed, lipedema and other conditions resulting from a problem with your lymphatic system, this massage is for you.
If you suffer from odema stage one and two, manual lymphatic drainage can improve drastically your condition.

Post Surgery Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Manual lymphatic drainage for pregnancy specially targets the areas of your body (legs, back and arms) that with pregnancy get swollen and cause disconfort. It significantly reduces oedema, water retention and swelling. It drains excess fluid of the area, making you feel less heavy and tired, and giving you more mobility.

You will Not be massaged on your belly.
You'll be positioned on the massage table on your back and on your side.
Cushions are provided for your comfort.
If your are in the last stages of your pregnancy and struggle with mobility, please do not book this treatment or give me a call for a previous consultation.

30 minutes of focused work on your back, neck and shoulders for some tension release, and to get rid of those knots. Finishing with 15 minutes of facial lymphatic drainage with lifting effect.

30 minutes of localized work for tension release.
If you are struggling with non-specific back and neck pain, this is a good starting point.
