Fabulous treatment today for Myself and my Husband. We both felt very comfortable with Holly and she is so lovely. Having had a great deal of pain in my shoulder for months after my treatment the pain has really decreased and it feels 100% better. A therapeutic massage designed to relieve pain and muscle tension throughout the body. This type of massage is extremely beneficial because it reaches the deepest layer of muscles, fascia (connective tissue surrounding the joints) and tendons. I can also use our range of muscle rubs, like tiger balm, to help ease the pain away. Although it is common to be a bit sore or tender after the treatment.

Deep Tissue Massage

A full body massage goes beyond relaxation; it is exceptionally beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility while easing tension. Choose your preferred massage pressure; gentle, medium or firm and decide on whether to add an aromatherapy oil to further enhance the treatment.

A full body massage includes; Feet, back & front of legs, back, arms, hands, scalp & hips.

Full Body Massage

MAM stands for Micro-Electronic Acupuncture Massage. This revolutionary machine combines Ancient Chinese Medicinal Principle, Modern Western Reflexology and Bio-Electricity Technology.

The benefits of this treatment include body detoxification, lymphatic drainage, blood circulation improvement and muscular pain reduction. I would also recommend having this treatment if you have very tight and tense muscles, as this treatment can help soften the muscle tissue and works on the nerves and joints

This specialist ritual starts with a soothing back massage adjusted for pregnancy. We will gently work on alleviating tension whilst also making sure you feel profoundly relaxed because, there’s no doubt about it, you deserve it. The treatment then finishes with a glow-boosting organic facial, ending in blissful scalp massage.

Time Out for mum-to-be

Our Indian Head Spa is the ultimate Head, neck, shoulder & scalp massage treatment. Gently combing rosemary oil from Nature Spells into the hair and scalp then massaging and applying acupressure points to the head whilst also massaging the neck and shoulders. Head massaging tools are also used to enhance the treatment further. The same process will continue as you turn onto your front, laying face down with a scalp massage applied to the back of your head, finishing off with a massage to the top of your back. 

Indian Head Massage Spa

This ritual starts with a targeted massage that releases the tension held in your neck, back and shoulders. As your therapist works on areas of tightness, your circulation will be stimulated, your levels of the stress hormone, cortisol lowered, and inflammation and pain reduced.

Then, you will receive a full facial to restore the natural balance of your skin and a scalp massage will deepen your level of relaxation even further. The combination will leave you feeling released, realigned, hydrated and revitalised.

Relaxing Remedy 

This ritual starts with a bespoke massage covering back, neck, shoulders and back of legs. 

Not forgetting the face, the ritual then moves into a rejuvenating facial designed to de-puff and decongest the skin, leaving you with a radiant glow.

Then a facial tailored to male skin deeply cleanses, protects and hydrates through the application of essential acids, powerful antioxidants and face-massage techniques.

Your skin will feel profoundly refreshed, and with the massages having boosted circulation and the release of endorphins, you’ll feel that your mood has been boosted, too.

After a consultation, your therapist will customise a treatment designed to target your areas of skin concern and boost your natural radiance. As well as massage to firm and contour the face, there is also the option to add my anti-ageing massager device to the skin. It includes red photon light therapy and EMS to enhance the appearance of your skin, making it smoother, firmer and more elastic.

The facial will deeply cleanse, antioxidise, treat, repair, stimulate, balance and hydrate your skin to promote a fresh, glowing complexion. The products are effective for all skin types and Dermatologist tested and approved. This deeply relaxing massage uses the comforting heat of lava shells worked over the body in slow deep moves to ease tension, remove knots and melt away stress. The shells glide over the back to warm and relax the muscles, the focus then onto specific massage techniques working on pressure points and tension areas to ease stress and stiffness, delivering an intense and powerful massage treatment.

Retreat from the demands of everyday life and surrender yourself to the healing power of our ASMR treatment. As you lay comfortably on your front, our 30 or 60-minute session will target your back, shoulders, and head, creating a symphony of relaxation. Deep tissue massage is similar to Swedish massage but uses more intense pressure in order to relieve chronic muscle tension. Sometimes discomfort can be felt, so it's best to tell your therapist if you have any. 

Book at least 60 minutes to cover full body. Treatment can also be tailored to just back, neck, shoulder, legs and arms if only specific areas are needed.
