Mind Body Massage, based in Hove, offers an assortment of massages and therapeutic treatments catering to a number of health concerns.

The expert massage therapist, Alice, is passionate about holistic health and believes that every aspect of a person; mind, body and spirit, can benefit from receiving massage therapy. Although the aim of each treatment is relaxation, Alice is skilled in providing pain relief and prevention.

Alice is fully qualified and has 9 years of experience in massage and therapeutic treatments.

First time having a lymphatic drainage massage and it was a perfect choice after my running event! 

Loved my first lymphatic drainage massage.  Alice was very informative, explaining everything as she worked.  Although it’s a gentler treatment you certainly feel lighter afterwards.  I will definitely be back for another session.  Love the treatment room too, it’s a lovely and relaxing space.

Holistic Massage

40 minutes of face sculpting (𝐒𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐩𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞 ™) and 20 minutes of buccal massage (intra-oral).

(90 minute treatment is the above but an extra 30 minute algae mask + Indian head massage)

This unique treatment is a natural face-lift, perfect for those wanting to avoid botox and fillers.

The treatment consists of two parts:

𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝟏: 
Works with the outer layers of the muscle- sculpting and lifting the décolleté, neck & face area.

𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝟐:
The intra-oral technique works from inside the mouth cavity; ensuring deep relaxation of the muscle, and helps to relieve TMD and Bruxism.  

Combining these two techniques, by working on the inner & outer layers of the muscle, ensure a deeper level of stimulation and relaxation of the muscles, and really opens up the face. 

This treatment tones, strengthens and relaxes the facial muscles and bones of the skull.
