Myofascial Decompression Cup Therapy addresses connective tissue restrictions. In this service I will use plastic cups on the body while the client performs different movements or simple exercises to target the restricted areas. I may also provide passive movements as well. Please reach out with any questions before adding this onto your service. This service will be between 15-30 minutes depending on restrictions.
Men- Please bring loose clothing such as basketball shorts.
Women- Please bring a spaghetti strap shirt, sports bra, gym shorts.
