Whether you’re dealing with chronic pain, tension/pain from an accident/injury, pre-and post-surgery, etc., therapeutic massage is the choice for you!

My best work seems to be done concerning pain relief. I can provide therapeutic massage at varying pressures (light to deep), depending on your preference, comfort level, and your body’s response to the pressure. The massage will focus on 1 to 4 areas* of the body (depending on where your pain is located and the length of the massage).

*Areas listed in the pricing are to help you decide the best length for you. Depending on your pain/tension levels, it can take anywhere from 20 min. to 1.5 hours to make headway on just one problem area.

With your communication, I can identify your most problematic areas and the source of your pain. 

Pricing will only vary if: you select add-ons at the time of service, you purchase a package/membership, or if it's your first visit ($15 OFF or $15 in add-ons to all first-time clients).

Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic & Medical Massage

Swedish is the most common massage type as it is the most relaxing, stress-relieving massage. Typically enjoyed in a Spa setting, this relaxing massage comes with fun add-ons like hot towels, a heat pack, and whatever else you choose! (Essential oils, CBD, hot stones, etc.) A great choice is you're simply looking to relax. 

This massage will typically be head-to-toe with little focus on problem areas (as we only have 5-15 minutes per body part to touch on all areas). It's a great entry-level massage and/or for someone who prefers a lighter touch and just wants to relax!

Swedish Massage

Deep tissue massage involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes. Using precise and slow strokes (often with a forearm or elbow) allows me to relieve tension deep within your muscles and connective tissues. Ultimately breaking up scar tissue, reducing tension, and (hopefully) eliminating pain!

Deep tissue massage and therapeutic massage are closely related as they both work to treat chronic pain, injuries (including sports injuries), etc. However, deep tissue is done with a lot more pressure than your typical massage and involves fewer strokes and more precise work. 

I incorporate trigger point therapy with my deep tissue massage as well. 

Deep tissue does cost more than the average massage because it requires me to exude a lot more force (and energy) than a Swedish or Therapeutic massage, especially when you’re looking for a full-body massage. 

Deep Tissue Massage

Expecting? Experiencing new aches and pains? Sick and tired of existing or worsened pains from your changing body? Can’t reach your toes? I am here to help! 

My prenatal massage is mostly done in a side-lying position with you cuddled up with 2-3 fluffy pillows (especially if you're in your 2nd or 3rd trimester). This way you’re still able to get a full body massage without having to lie face down. 

Important Note: Whether you’re showing or not, always let your therapist know if you’re pregnant!

Prenatal massage is NOT recommended for those with: 

-High blood pressure that isn’t controlled by medication
-High-risk pregnancy concerns (congenital heart disease or preeclampsia)
-Recent injury or surgery
-Recent organ transplant

Be sure to hydrate before and after your massage!

As a sufferer of regular headaches and migraines myself, I’ve cultivated a specific massage designed to help aid in the relief of current and chronic headaches and/or migraines. Focused* primarily on the neck, head, face, shoulders, and upper back, this therapeutic massage combines hands-on massage and helpful add-ons** like CBD, hot towels, hot stones, cold stones, heat pack, cool eye masks/towel, cupping, and essential oils to get you feeling your best. Add-ons are included in the price of the service, and we will determine together what will be ideal for you and your situation. 

*The areas focused on will also be specific to your injuries/pain/acts of daily living/headache and migraine frequency/personal preferences. 

**Not all add-ons will be used at the time of the service. We will discuss during your massage what you want/are comfortable trying and what you don’t want!
