Mindful Facial

A holistic treatment focusing on massaging acupressure points on the upper back, head and neck along with massage to the shoulders and arms.  There are so many benefits, including: eases tension, quiets the mind, stimulates lymphatic drainage, can relieve headaches, migraine and sinus pressure, promotes better sleep and improves scalp condition.
