Gel nail extensions add length to the nails by applying tips on the nail and using gel polishes and designs of your choice to create the perfect look for your nails.

Starting this treatment by filing the nails to the desired shape and then soaking the hand in warm water with a gentle hand soak, then drying off the hand and beginning cuticle work to neaten the nails and give them a clean look and begin to exfoliate the hands removing any dead skin then once finished we apply a nourishing hand mask to hydrate the skin leaving you with soft nourished hands. Then once removing the hand mask we can leave the nails bare or apply a gel polish to them of your choice and finally do a de-stressing, relaxing hand and arm massage.

Using foils with acetone to soak off the gel on the nails if you’re no longer wanting gel nails or toes removing them and either applying a full fresh set or giving your nails a break in between.

Using a coloured gel polish of your choice applied over the natural nail on the toes.

Starting this treatment by filing and trimming the toe nails, then using a relaxing foot soak in a bowl or warm water to cleanse the feet. After the foot cleanse is finished I will begin the cuticle work and then move on to the the exfoliation to the leg and foot and then remove with warm water to help remove any dead skin leaving the feet soft and hydrated, after this I use a nourishing foot mask and then remove it once again leaving the skin soft and nourished. Next I will paint the nails with gel polish unless you prefer to have bare nails and then begin a leg and foot massage to help you unwind and relax.

Maintenance to replace the old nails you previously had by filing the gel down and then applying gel to fill the gap where the nail has grown out and adding the colour or design you’re going for.

This treatment is exactly the same as the regular shoulder, back and neck massage except that we use heated stones to help relive the back of any tension or knots held in areas of the back. We use the stones to glide across the muscles helping to loosen them and release tension held within the shoulders, back and neck leaving you relaxed.

A relaxing warm massage to help relieve the body of tension starting with the shoulder, back and neck massage including the hands and the arms, once finished moving onto the leg and foot massage which will help deeply relax the body leaving you feeling de-stressed and relaxed. This massage is done with heated stones to help loosen the muscles by gliding them across the back whilst releasing knots and tension as well.
