Luxury Makeup 

To respect both my time and the time of other clients, a late fee of £10 will be charged for any client arriving 10 minutes or more after their scheduled appointment time.

As a neurodivergent artist, disruptions to my schedule can significantly impact my wellbeing and affect how I support both you and clients booked after you. This policy helps create a calmer, more predictable working environment for everyone involved.

Please note:
	•	If you are over 10 minutes late, I reserve the right to refuse the service if it would compromise the quality of your appointment or delay other bookings.
	•	Full payment for the service will still be required, regardless of whether the appointment is completed.
	•	The late fee is applied in addition to the full service cost.
