Regarding billing, you initially booked the drive-thru facial (member) at £30. However, as a non-member, you were charged £40. You also considered the luxury facial, priced at £90 for non-members.

Upon arrival, I recommended the Kingz facial, priced at £60 for non-members and £50 for members.

I came 30 mins late due to travel delays on the TfL boat but was still able to get 45mins out of my 1 hour booking. Kingz Keeper accommodated me wonderfully and I was able to play my own music to help calm and relax me for the session. My only constructive critic is ended up being charged double the price than the session I had provisionally booked which was unexpected and in future especially as a first time client - clarity on costs and treatment should be established before proceeding and being blindsided by the bill that is double the price of what you had budgeted but overall thumbs up
