Hello, I'm Jennifer. A qualified reflexologist and massage therapist, and a professional member of the AoR (Association of Reflexologists), and CtHa (Complementary Therapists Association).

I offer bespoke treatments from my garden studio in my Leytonstone home. My aim is to create a calm and welcoming space for you to relax and rebalance.

Masaža

This is a holistic, deeply relaxing full body massage. Perfect for calming the nervous system, easing tension and boasting circulation.

Swedish Massage

This type of massage is done with a firmer pressure and slower movements to release muscular tension in deeper tissue. You can opt for a full body massage or tailor the treatment to focus on particular areas.

Deep Tissue Massage

A nurturing therapeutic massage for mum-to-be (from 13 weeks). This is a comforting and supportive side-lying treatment aimed to ease aches and pains and leave you feeling deeply relaxed.

Based on the principle that reflex points on the feet and hands correspond with organs and systems of the body, reflexology promotes balance by stimulating the body’s own healing process. It’s also an extremely relaxing treatment! I mostly work on the feet but am able to work on the hands if preferred.

Reflexology (15 min initial consultation + 60 min treatment)
