The extra time in this first treatment allows us to chat through any issues/ailments you may like me to focus on.  You will have plenty of time to ask any questions.  

Cooper foot bath is available as optional extra on arrival.

Once you’re on the massage couch, your feet or hands will be cleansed with warm towels and the treatment will begin.

Consultation form to be completed AT LEAST 48 HOURS before appointment (link will be sent once booking is confirmed).  

This allows me to research and check for any important medical issues or health concerns you may have, and to plan a bespoke treatment for you.

Foot Reflexology: You only need to remove your shoes and socks, but please wear loose trousers (or shorts) that can easily be pushed up to the knee as treatment includes a lower leg massage.

Tranquillity

Why not experience the best of both worlds and combine Foot and Hand Reflexology in one treatment!

The treatment will begin with 45 mins of foot reflexology, followed by 20 mins of hand reflexology.

Having both treatments not only deepens your relaxation, but allows me to doubly work any particular areas of discomfort you may have with your feet or hands.

For Foot Reflexology: You will only need to remove your shoes and socks, but please wear some loose trousers (or shorts) that can easily be pushed up to the knee as the treatment includes a lower leg massage.

Please allow up to 1 hour 20 mins for this treatment, for consultation form overview and to chat through any issues/ailments you may like me to focus on.

Dual Bliss - Feet and Hands

After a recap on your consultation form, enjoy 45 minutes of Pure Relaxation Foot or Hand Reflexology from the comfort of your own home.

I will bring a comfy recliner chair and all the equipment needed. Client only needs to provide a blanket of their own, if they require one.

Foot Reflexology: You only need to remove your shoes and socks, but please wear loose trousers (or shorts) that can easily be pushed up to the knee as treatment includes a lower leg massage. 

Please allow 1 hour for this treatment for consultation form overview and time to chat through any issues/ailments you’d like me to focus on.

Will travel within a 7 mile radius.

Parking must be available either on a drive, or outside the home.

Pure Relaxation Home Visit

If you’ve never received foot Reflexology before, or are short on time - this taster session could be perfect for you.

After a brief read through your consultation form, you will relax and receive around 25 minutes of foot Reflexology.

You only need to remove your shoes and socks, but please wear loose trousers (or shorts) that can easily be pushed up to the knee as treatment includes a lower leg massage. 

Great for those who are curious to find out more, without committing to a full treatment.

(A brief consultation form will need to be completed prior to treatment).

Taster Session - Foot Reflexology

Why not kick start your relaxation by easing your feet into a genuine copper foot bath filled with warm water and aromatherapy bath salts.

Simply soaking feet in the untreated copper bowl naturally encourages healthy cell development and increased blood flow.

Other potential benefits of a copper foot bath are:

Healthier immune system
Assists with joint pain and tension relief
Clear, healthy and glowing Skin 
Remove toxins from the blood and skin 
Relax the nervous system 
Improve mobility 
Strengthen bones 
Improve skin elasticity

This can be used before a Foot or Hand Reflexology treatment.
