Reflexology - 45 Minutes

For foot Reflexology, you only need to remove your shoes and socks, but please wear loose trousers that can easily be pushed up to the knee, as the treatment includes a lower leg massage.

Feet

For hand Reflexology, you don’t need to remove any clothes. I just need access to your hands and lower arms, so please remove any jewellery (if possible).

Enjoy deep relaxation in the comfort of your home with a 45-minute tailored foot or hand reflexology session. 

After a brief consultation, all equipment is provided - simply ensure space for the couch and wear loose trousers for foot treatments. Please allow up to 1 hour, including time to discuss your needs.

Parking is essential either on a drive or directly outside your home, and no more than one flight of stairs up, due to the equipment required for a home visit.

Reflexology Home Visit - 45 Minutes

Enjoy 45 minutes of foot reflexology, including a lower leg massage, and 20 minutes focused on your hands.

Reflexology - Feet and Hands

Reflexology is a deeply relaxing, holistic therapy based on the principle that specific points on the feet or hands correspond to different parts of the body. By applying pressure to these reflex points, reflexology aims to restore balance, reduce pain and stress and support overall well-being.

You’ll then be invited to relax on an electric therapy couch, which can be adjusted for your comfort, to help you fully unwind. To begin the treatment, your feet will be cleansed with warm towels (or at the end for hands), setting the tone for a calming and restorative experience. 

As a new client, your session will begin with a detailed consultation form review while you enjoy a herbal tea. Your first visit includes extra time so we can talk through any questions and customise your treatment to suit your individual needs.  And afterwards you can take a few moments to relax, reawaken, and enjoy a refreshing glass of filtered water before you leave, without feeling rushed.
