We specialise in massage. Our massage therapy services include sports and recovery massage, deep tissue, hot stone, aromatherapy and classic Swedish massage -all of which can be adapted to meet your own individual needs and requirements. 

Additionally we offer a range of holistic therapies including reflexology, hypnotherapy, reiki and facials which can be enjoyed as a treatment on their own or as part of a combination treatment with massage.

A deep tissue massage uses firm pressure to target deep inner layers of muscle in the body.  It’s ideal for those who have aches, pains and lots of muscle tension. These treatments can feel quite intense at points where corrective attention is required

This treatment is best suited for those who have aches, pains and lots of muscle tension -essentially for those who desire a good pummelling!

Deep Tissue Massage

A full-body treatment, this style of massage is focused on slow, long strokes, gentle kneading and deep circular movements to induce extreme relaxation. Better suited to those looking for relaxation and tension relief.

Benefits: Muscle tension will be significantly reduced, you will feel calmer, lighter and less anxious and stressed.

Swedish/Relax Massage

Reflexology  is an extremely relaxing treatment involving a combination of massage and the gentle application of pressure to reflex zones on the feet. Foot reflexology is a very powerful method for easing anxiety as it can quickly calm and relax the receiver. It can provide insight into where there may be congestion, stress, injury or illness in the body.

You don’t need to be having a mental health crisis to enjoy the effects of the mental health massage.

This 90 minute treatment involves a soothing massage of the back, neck and shoulders and backs of the legs to release muscle tension. This is followed by reflexology on the feet and finishes with reiki on the heart and stomach.

This treatment is designed to induce deep relaxation and can significantly reduce the stress hormones Cortisol and Adrenaline whilst boosting happy hormones Dopamine, Serotonin and endorphins. The emphasis of this treatment is gentle healing to regulate the nervous system, reduce anxiety and enhance well-being.

The sports massage is a deep tissue treatment tailored to your specific areas of tension based on the demands of your event, areas prone to injury or overuse, or those areas needing to regain range of movement and functionality. Due to this being so specific to your requirements, treatment duration and costs vary depending on what you need. 

Deep tissue massage is recommended for athletic clients needing a general recovery treatment for the entire kinetic chain

This treatment involves an exfoliating body scrub of the back followed by a layer of hot paraffin wax and massage.

The exfoliating scrub removes dead skin cells and the paraffin wax nourishes and hydrates the skin leaving it feeling super soft and smooth and perfect for catching the sun for a lovely tan. 

This lovely treatment also includes a massage of the legs and finishes with a back massage so it’s really quite a treat.

Reiki is a gentle treatment involving energy healing. Energy is transferred through the palms of hands onto the affected area of the body. 

Although gentle, Reiki energy healing can be extremely powerful and has a cumulative effect the more you have it. Reiki can help to super-charge the body’s own innate healing ability, helping injuries heal faster and easing physical pain. It can also reduce anxiety and help to re-balance and regulate emotions by taking the body out of fight/flight state.



Reiki

Hypnotherapy can help alter and reprogramme unhelpful mental pathways, stopping unhelpful thoughts and replacing them with useful, beneficial ideas and ways of living. This can help you to cut emotional ties to the past that no longer serve you, such as traumatic events, or can be used to develop calm and confident behaviours where stress and anxiety previously existed.

30 Minute Glutes, Hamstrings, Quads and Calves

An express style treatment targeting areas of tension, aches and pains in the back, neck and shoulders.

A great option for those who are short of time and want to fit in a treatment on a lunch break or around childcare. Also a great maintenance option for those who have had an injury and require ongoing treatment to keep it in check.

30 Minute Back, Neck and Shoulders Massage

Not quite as express as the 30 min back, neck and shoulders, but a shorter style treatment you can still fit into your lunch break or while the kids are at a club. 

A thorough massage to treat all the affected areas of your back that require attention and enough time at the end to work on the neck. Another great maintenance option for those who have had an injury and require ongoing treatment to keep it in check.

40 minute Back, Neck and Shoulders Massage

Choose between a selection of Neon essential oils for a blissfully relaxing, aromatic massage.

An extremely soothing massage using long smooth strokes and deep circular movements.

This massage starts face up with the decollete, shoulders, neck and base of the scalp being massaged first so the aromas of the essential oils can be inhaled and appreciated fully.

A full body massage then follows. A perfect treatment for those who enjoy the benefits of aromatherapy and desire a soothing, relaxing treatment.

Aromatherapy massage

A wonderfully warming treatment using warm basalt stones to massage the body from head to toe. The gentle pressure from the stones, along with the accompanying massage, has the effect of wiping out tension and literally making you feel like you’re walking on air.

Hot Stone Massage

This treatment is divided into two halves - first, a relaxing back, neck and shoulders massage, and massage of the backs of the legs, then a delightfully soothing facial. The highest quality, organic products are used incorporating facial massage and a deep facial cleanse. An indulgent treatment that will leave you feeling relaxed, tension-free and with glowing, smooth skin.

Combining massage with other holistic therapies such as reflexology, reiki and hypnotherapy can add an even deeper level of relaxation and healing to your treatment. 

The first part of the treatment involves massage of the back, neck and shoulders and backs of the legs followed by either reiki, hypnotherapy or reflexology. 

Ideal for those who desire healing on an emotional and physical level and need complete relaxation and stress releif.

Combination Treatment -massage with reiki/reflexology/hypnotherapy

This treatment involves a layer of hot paraffin wax applied to your back. Whilst the heat takes effect, the backs of your legs will be massaged. The layer of wax is then peeled off and a massage of the back, neck and shoulders follows.

This treatment is ideal for those with back pain or who enjoy heat.

A deeply relaxing treatment using the premium, organic skincare range Neal’s Yard which is enriched in plant extracts and pure essential oils to give skin the perfect nourishment and to revitalise and replenish, ideal for sensitive skin.

The treatment begins with a double cleanse and exfoliation to prepare the skin for a specialised massage of the face, neck and shoulders -promoting a healthy, natural glow to the complexion. The hand, arms and feet are then massaged using an organic Neal’s Yard essential oil blend while the nurturing face mask works its magic. Once the face mask is removed a toner is used to close the pores. A hydrating serum is applied to give the skin extra nourishment and a soothing eye cream is applied to refresh the eyes. The treatment closes with a moisturiser to balance the skin, leaving it soft, silky and smooth.

Neal’s Yard Facial

The Hand and Heart Facial  is an incredibly soothing treatment using the ethical skincare brand UpCircle which uses 100% natural products made from upcycled ingredients. 

This treatment involves 7 skincare steps:

1. Cleansing balm -First cleanse to remove makeup and the surface layer of dirt, pollution and toxins from the day.
2. Cleansing Facial Milk- a double cleanse removes any remaining oil as well as bacteria and dead skin cells.
3. Facial Scrub - exfoliation of the skin to remove dead skin cells and buff the skin.
4. Face Mask - For clarifying the skin, minimising pores, fighting blackhead and preventing blackheads.
5. Face Toner - for hydrating and soothing the skin, balancing the PH and minimising pores.
6. Face serum - intense nourishment and hydration 
7. Moisturiser - a soothing, nourishing moisturiser applied 

This treatment includes the choice of either a soothing hand and arm massage, or shoulder, neck and scalp massage.
