This consultation addresses your health and fitness concerns, history and current lifestyle. Personalised nutrition & lifestyle advice will be discussed and clearly explained to you. Advice can include diet and lifestyle recommendations, supplement support and relevant resources. 

To best support your goals, Charity may recommend further support in the form of written plans, meal plans, custom recipes and on-going coaching sessions.

Once you make your booking, you will be emailed an electronic pre-consult questionnaire to complete online 24+ hours prior to your appointment. Additional paperwork and questions can be emailed directly to Charity at charity@freshwaternution.com

Our practice is located inside Pure.Whole.Health Clinic 12-14 Lawrence St, Freshwater NSW 2096. Street and rooftop parking is available. We recommend arriving 10-15 min prior to your start time to park.
