Deep tissue massage uses elbow work technique, pressure points, and joint play to offer deep release of tension. 

1 hour is the perfect length of time if you need 2-3 areas focused on or a general full body massage. 

Deep Tissue Massage - 1hr

A lymphatic drainage massage helps drain your lymph nodes by working the surface level of the skin. This boosts your immunity because toxins are being released. The lymphatic system doesn’t have a natural pump of its own for circulation; therefore, LDM helps stimulate the muscles to release the fluid that holds your body’s waste. 

**LDM is not to be confused with Deep Tissue Massage. It relies on LIGHT PRESSURE and movement.**

⭐️ Abdomen, underarm, and hip areas will be worked on upon client consent. 
⭐️ Client will receive a gown/wrap for comfortability, if preferred. 
⭐️ Client will be face-up for the majority of the appointment except for minimal time spent on each side. 

**do not attend appointment if you are unwell.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage (full body)

Prenatal massage for pregnant women only. 

1 hour is the perfect length of time for a general full body massage. 

Prenatal Massage - 1hr

This appointment will start with back, neck, and shoulder deep tissue massage followed by a full body lymphatic drainage massage to aid in pregnancy swelling.

**Please note: stomach will not be included.

This dual ensures the body continues to release toxins that have been stirred up during the lymphatic drainage treatment.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage (full body) + Far Infrared Therapy (15 mins)

Appointment will start with 30 minutes of deep tissue massage on your back, neck, and shoulders followed by a full-body lymphatic drainage. 

Approximately 75-90 minutes total.

Recommended for adults or those familiar to infrared therapy.

There is minimal to zero sweating so you can leave your clothes on, or wear loose clothing, or just your underwear. Traditional saunas heat up the air around you to a very high temperature creating 'wet' heat thereby causing the body to sweat profusely.

The Far Infrared super radiant dome heat emits a gentle controlled far infrared 'dry heat'. Toxins are released into the blood stream and eliminated via urine and feces.
