Your initial consultation includes a 60-90 minute online consultation, plus a personalised health plan to help you reach your goals. Recommendations may include nutrition and lifestyle changes, herbal medicine and supplementation. During the initial consultation, we will cover your full health and medical history, current diet and lifestyle, plus review any recent blood test results or other diagnostic tests. You may be referred for additional testing if necessary. Within one week, you will receive your health plan via email which can be discussed via phone or email to cover any questions you may have.
