Emerge is a beauty suite located in Wesley Chapel, Florida. The owner, Shelley Giard has been a hair designer, master colorist and makeup artist for 31 years and counting. Her work has been showcased on social media, photography books, fashion magazines and on runways throughout her career. She is thrilled to be offering an array of beauty services to the Wesley Chapel and Zephyrhills communities
