Designed to enhance athletic performance and recovery as part of pre-event, post-event for both men and women. Sports massage is aimed at keeping you on track with your training plan, tackling those niggles as they arise.
A firm massage with active stretching from client. 
Aids light injuries, knots, strains, very tight fascia 
30min sessions generally focus on one body area, i.e upper or lower, back, neck, arms, legs. 
50mins session can be used to focus longer on a particular issue/area or both upper and lower body. 
A general sports massage (no issues) can incorporate back, arms and legs (BAL)

Any particular issues/problems you would like to tackle wthin a upper and lower BAL session would be best with a 60mins session time.
