Sauna, plunge pool was great. Steam room needs a clean, bugs and hair on walls and floor. Sauna temp perfect!!! Nice touches with cushions and rollers and availability of water. However, the lady that helped me was not Kristy?? Therefore cannot provide feedback.

Tessa is lovely, and professional and made me feel welcomed. However, the massage for the $145 did not match or meet expectations. I asked for medium and it was too soft, felt like a tickle, and not full body. Only upper body was massaged (back and shoulders) no arms, hands, feet or legs. I have massages frequently and attention is given to those areas too. $145 back and shoulder massage was not value.

The entire experience that my wife and I experienced was truly something magical, not only is the venue immaculate but the staff are so friendly and professional - I believe I fell asleep at-least twice and started to snore…….. this is an incredible achievement as I find it very hard to relax normally but at chimes it was just perfect! Thank you guys very much for making our first wedding anniversary absolutely perfect!!

Super relaxing hair and scalp massage by the lovely Shae. I fell asleep a few times on the table it was that relaxing! 🤣 Thank you for the great massage and for making me feel comfortable the moment I arrived. :)

Shay was very professional, friendly & was an absolute delight. I was extremely happy with her detail to her job at hand and can’t recommend her enough. I will definitely be back for more pampering. 😁
