Hi Amanda, I’m sorry to hear that you aren’t happy with your lash lift results. You had mentioned to me that you have had your lashes over processed several times elsewhere and the over processing has damaged your lashes. You were also not happy with the last place you went either. Being aware that over processing is the last thing anyone wants, I made sure that your lashes were lifted without damage. I do have photos of your lashes before and after and I can see a very visible lift. 
Lashes should not be curled over like crazy from the lift. 
I relift lashes for free if a client isn’t happy.
You mentioned there is no contact details but you did receive a sms from me with your appointment details so you do have my phone number so you could have messaged or called me. 

Unfortunately my lashes are barely lifted even though I waited over 24hrs before washing them. There's also no contact details in any emails or on the booking site to contact the business. Felicia was lovely but I'm just not happy with the results considering it cost $85.

The process involves a consultation and discussion on placement, colour and the look you would like.
I clean the tooth, place a bonding agent then adhesive on the tooth then place the tooth gem and cure it with a dental light. The tooth gems last anywhere from 6 months to a 1-2 yrs depending on how you look after them.
