On top of relaxation Swedish massage improves circulation, flexibility and blood oxygen levels. Includes a focus area. Pressure ranges from light to firm.

Mini Body Bliss Signature Massage 

If you're looking for more focused work that will release knots, increase range of motion and decrease inflammation make it a Deep Tissue Massage.

Deep Tissue Add on

60 minutes of light relaxing massage includes aromatherapy and hot steamed towels. This massage will improve sleep, increase circulation, relax the nervous system and release feel good endorphins. Not recommended in the first trimester or for high risk pregnancies. Deep tissue is also not recommended during pregnancy.


Prenatal Massage

This 90 minute massage session provides a unique therapeutic experience. The himalayan hot stones contain more than 80 trace minerals that are absorbed by your body during the massage. The extensive benefits of this massage don't stop there and include; the ability to promote deep relaxation, help balance the positive ions with negative ions which can help reduce inflammation, and help to realign energy pathways to restore balance to the central nervous system. 

The grounding properties of the stones also decrease electromagnetic overload from electronic devices. The healing benefits of this massage are immeasurable. This is a full body massage with hot stones integrated into the massage strokes as well as being placed on chakras and tense areas when needed.

Himalayan Hot Stone Massage 

90 minutes of focused deep tissue massage and assisted stretching geared specifically to your sport or activity. This massage will increase your range of motion, decrease your muscle stiffness and reduce your recovery time after injury.

This is a full body protocol and helps with inflammation, joint issues, nutrient delivery as well as autoimmune diseases and other ailments. This service does not include the face, neck, and head.

This 60 minute treatment has tremendous benefits it relieves skin disorders such as acne and eczema, exfoliates, detoxifies and cleanses toxins, minimizes pores, improves skin elasticity, hydrates skin, combats cellulite, eliminates stretch marks, restores your Ph balance, contains anti-aging properties, and reduces joint pains. The mud is applied to the whole body then you are wrapped in a thermal blanket and sheet. While the mud is working you will receive a scalp and foot massage.
