The Bodhifit facial massage is a combination of breath work, upper lymphatic work, face massage and intra oral (buccal) massage. In this session you will experience:
Circulation to the face. 
Relief from face puffiness and fluid retention. 
Relief from jaw tension and pain. 
A full face, neck and décolletage massage. 
Scalp massage to relieve further tension. 

We begin with breath work, lymphatic work and then into a double cleanse and hot towel before we move into face massage and then gloves are worn for the intra oral part of the session. Finishing with a deeply relaxing scalp massage 😴

If you have recently undergone any type of surgery elective or not a post of Lymphatic massage is a great way to speed the healing process up and elevate bloating or post op fluid retention. These sessions are tailored to you and your journey.
